1. About CollabPls

CollabPls is a platform that connects verified content creators for collaboration opportunities including photo shoots, video collaborations, virtual livestreams, and content swaps. All users must authenticate via X (formerly Twitter) and maintain a verified account to use the platform.

2. Eligibility

To use CollabPls, you must be at least 18 years of age, possess a verified X account (blue checkmark), and agree to these Terms. By signing in, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account & Verification

Your CollabPls profile is created automatically when you sign in with X. Profile information (display name, handle, avatar) is imported from your X account. You may edit your bio, location, and categories at any time. You must not impersonate another person or use a fraudulently obtained verification badge.

4. User Conduct

  • Do not impersonate other creators or misrepresent your identity.
  • Do not post spam, misleading listings, or fraudulent collaboration offers.
  • Do not harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
  • Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • You must maintain your X verification status. If your verified badge is removed, your CollabPls account may be suspended.

5. Content Guidelines

CollabPls is a safe-for-work networking platform. The website does not contain nudity or explicit content, and users must not upload or display any such material on the platform. Specifically:

  • Profile photos must be non-explicit and safe for work.
  • Listing descriptions and titles must not contain explicit or graphic language.
  • Portfolio images uploaded to CollabPls must be non-nude and safe for work.
  • Any profile or listing found to contain explicit imagery or language will be removed.

6. Listings & Collaborations

CollabPls facilitates introductions between creators. All collaboration terms (compensation, content ownership, scheduling) are arranged directly between the parties involved. CollabPls is not a party to any collaboration agreement and bears no responsibility for disputes between creators.

7. Marketplace & Content Library Sales

CollabPls includes a marketplace feature that allows creators to list their content libraries for sale. Important terms:

  • What's Being Sold: Content libraries include digital files (photos, videos), intellectual property rights, and optionally brand assets (social media handles, stage names). You are NOT selling platform accounts (OnlyFans, Fansly, etc.) — only the content itself with full IP rights.
  • Seller Responsibilities: Sellers must own all IP rights to listed content, possess complete 2257 records for all performers, have signed model releases, and warrant that no active licensing agreements exist unless disclosed.
  • Buyer Due Diligence: Buyers are responsible for verifying all legal documentation, content quality, and ownership claims before purchase.CollabPls does not verify content ownership or legal compliance.
  • Platform Role: CollabPls facilitates introductions and provides deal pipeline tracking. We are NOT a party to any sales transaction and assume no liability for disputes, content quality, legal compliance, or payment issues.
  • Escrow & Payment: Buyers and sellers are responsible for arranging their own escrow services and payment terms. We recommend using established third-party escrow services for transactions.

8. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create. By posting a listing or profile on CollabPls, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display that information on the platform. You may remove your listings at any time.

9. Assumption of Risk & User Responsibility

By accessing or using CollabPls, you acknowledge and agree that you assume full and sole responsibility for all of your interactions, communications, engagements, meetings, collaborations, and any other activity that arises from or is facilitated by the platform. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • All messages, conversations, and communications with other users, whether conducted on or off the platform.
  • Any in-person or virtual meetings, photo shoots, video sessions, or other collaborative engagements arranged through CollabPls.
  • All financial transactions, payment arrangements, and contractual agreements between you and other users.
  • Any disputes, disagreements, misunderstandings, or conflicts that arise between you and another user.
  • Your personal safety, well-being, and security during any interaction with another user.

CollabPls does not monitor, screen, mediate, or assume any responsibility for user-to-user interactions. We do not verify the intentions, identity, character, or trustworthiness of any user beyond basic X account authentication. We are not responsible for anything that any user says, does, or fails to do.

You are solely responsible for exercising caution, good judgment, and due diligence when communicating with or meeting other users. You should independently verify the identity and reputation of anyone you choose to interact with. We strongly recommend taking all reasonable safety precautions, including meeting in public places, informing a trusted person of your plans, and never sharing sensitive personal or financial information prematurely.

By continuing to use CollabPls, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and understood this section and agree to bear all risks associated with your use of the platform and your interactions with other users.

10. No Warranty on User Content

CollabPls does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or truthfulness of any user-generated content on the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, profile information, display names, biographies, photos, listing descriptions, claimed experience, stated locations, collaboration history, and any other representations made by users.

Users may misrepresent their identity, qualifications, intentions, or any other information. CollabPls makes no warranty that any user is who they claim to be, that any listing is legitimate, or that any collaboration will proceed as described. You rely on any information provided by other users entirely at your own risk.

While we may display verification badges imported from X, these badges reflect X's verification status only and do not constitute any endorsement, background check, or vetting by CollabPls.

11. STD Testing Status Disclaimer

CollabPls allows users to optionally self-report the date of their most recent STD test. This date is displayed on the user's profile as a convenience to other creators evaluating potential collaborations.

CollabPls does not verify, confirm, or validate any STD testing information provided by users. We do not collect, store, or request any medical records, lab results, or health documentation. The self-reported date is provided entirely at the user's discretion and may be inaccurate, outdated, or false.

You are solely responsible for verifying the health and testing status of any person you choose to collaborate with. We strongly recommend requesting actual medical documentation directly from your collaborator before any in-person meeting. Do not rely on the self-reported date displayed on CollabPls as a substitute for verified medical records.

CollabPls assumes no liability whatsoever for any health-related consequences arising from collaborations facilitated through the platform, including but not limited to the transmission of sexually transmitted infections or diseases.

12. Age Verification Disclaimer

CollabPls requires all users to be at least 18 years of age. However, CollabPls does not independently verify the age of its users. We rely on the authentication and account requirements of X (formerly Twitter) and on each user's self-representation that they meet the minimum age requirement.

By using CollabPls, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years old. If we discover or reasonably believe that a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate their account. CollabPlsassumes no liability for any user who misrepresents their age.

13. Third-Party Services & Links

CollabPls may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, platforms, and services, including but not limited to X (formerly Twitter), payment processors, escrow services, and external communication tools. These third-party services are not operated, controlled, or endorsed by CollabPls.

CollabPls is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, privacy practices, or security of any third-party service. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and policies. Any transactions, communications, or interactions that occur on third-party platforms are entirely between you and the third party, and CollabPls assumes no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from your use of third-party services.

14. Limitation of Liability

CollabPls and its owners, operators, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates (collectively, “the CollabPls Parties”) are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the CollabPls Parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether arising from contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if the CollabPls Parties have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of the CollabPls Parties exceed the amount you have paid to CollabPls in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty US dollars ($50), whichever is greater. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CollabPls and its owners, operators, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your use of or access to CollabPls.
  • Your violation of these Terms of Service.
  • Your interactions, communications, meetings, or collaborations with other users, whether on or off the platform.
  • Any content you post, upload, or transmit through CollabPls, including listing information, profile data, and images.
  • Your violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • Any dispute between you and another user of CollabPls.

This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of your account and these Terms.

16. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.

You and CollabPls agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of CollabPls (collectively, “Disputes”) shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property rights.

Waiver of Class Actions and Class Arbitrations: You and CollabPls agree that any Dispute shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You expressly waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against CollabPls. If for any reason a Dispute proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you and CollabPls each waive any right to a jury trial.

Arbitration Rules: Arbitration shall be administered by a mutually agreed-upon arbitration provider under its then-current rules. If the parties cannot agree on a provider, either party may petition a court of competent jurisdiction to appoint one. The arbitration shall take place in the United States, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice to CollabPls within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms. If you opt out, you and CollabPls may pursue Disputes in court, subject to the class action waiver above.

17. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or lose their X verification status. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CollabPls after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
