Safety & Verification

Need to Report an Incident?

If you have experienced assault, harassment, theft, or any other safety incident related to a collaboration, you can file a detailed report through our emergency reporting system. The report will be emailed to you and our safety team.

Report an Incident

If you are in immediate danger, call 911.

How Verification Works

CollabPls requires all users to sign in with an X (formerly Twitter) account. Creators with X’s blue checkmark have completed government-issued photo ID verification, which confirms their identity and that they are at least 18 years old. Unverified creators are clearly flagged on the platform so you can exercise caution.

Age Verification (18+)

All users must be 18 or older. For creators with the blue check, X’s ID verification process includes age confirmation. Unverified creators are flagged so other users can make informed decisions about who they collaborate with.

What Data We Store

We store the following information:

  • Display name
  • X handle
  • Profile picture URL
  • Bio
  • Location (user-provided)
  • Content categories (user-selected)
  • Verification status
  • STD testing date (self-reported date only — no medical records)
  • HGF (High Grossing Fans) badge status (admin-assigned)

We do NOT store:

  • Passwords
  • X authentication tokens (beyond the session)
  • Private messages
  • Payment information
  • Content files

STD Testing Status

CollabPls allows creators to optionally display the date of their most recent STD test on their profile. This badge appears color-coded: green if tested within 30 days, amber if 30–90 days, and gray if over 90 days. This helps you quickly gauge how recently a potential collaborator was tested.

Important: This date is entirely self-reported. CollabPls does not verify test results and does not store any medical records. The badge is a convenience tool — not a guarantee.

Always request actual STD test paperwork directly from your collaborator before any in-person meeting. Do not rely solely on the self-reported badge. Your health and safety are your responsibility.

How Communication Works

When you find a creator you’d like to collaborate with, you express interest through CollabPls. The other creator receives a notification. CollabPls has a community chat for general discussion, but private deal negotiations and collaboration arrangements should happen on X via DMs — where both parties have access to X’s safety features and reporting tools.

Reporting & Blocking

If you encounter inappropriate behavior, you can:

  • Report the user on X using X’s reporting tools
  • Contact us on X at @collabpls_ to request a profile be reviewed
  • Block users through X

We reserve the right to remove any profile that violates our Terms of Service.

Safety Tips for In-Person Collaborations

  • Always verify the creator’s X profile before meeting
  • Meet in a public place first or bring a trusted friend
  • Share your location with someone you trust
  • Discuss boundaries and content expectations beforehand
  • Trust your instincts — if something feels off, don’t proceed
  • Request recent STD test paperwork from your collaborator — do not rely solely on the self-reported badge
  • Keep all pre-collab communication on X where it’s documented
