Safety resources

Meeting someone new to shoot carries real risk, and the people best placed to help already exist. This page keeps their numbers one tap away — and points at the local non-emergency line for wherever you are.

If something goes wrong

CollabPls doesn't monitor shoots and nobody here is on call. These are the people who are — saved somewhere you can reach them fast.

  • Emergency services

Immediate danger, injury, or a crime in progress.

Confidential support

  • 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline

24/7 free and confidential support. Call or text 988.

  • RAINN National Sexual Assault Hotline

24/7 confidential support, and help understanding your options.

  • National Human Trafficking Hotline

24/7. Text 233733. For coercion, threats, or someone controlling your work.

Built for this industry

  • Pineapple Support

Free and subsidised mental-health support built for adult industry performers.

  • SWOP USA

Sex Workers Outreach Project — peer support, local chapters, community advocacy.

  • Free Speech Coalition

Industry trade association — legal guidance, compliance help, performer resources.

Before you go

  • Tell someone you trust where you'll be

Share the address and an expected finish time with a friend before you go. Agree what they should do if they don't hear from you.

  • Video call before you commit

Refusing a call before a shoot is the most consistently reported red flag. It costs five minutes and settles most doubts.

  • Verify identity and paperwork before filming, not after

Government ID and a signed release up front. Someone unwilling to document beforehand will not cooperate later when your account is at stake.

  • Meet somewhere neutral first if anything feels off

A coffee shop for twenty minutes tells you more than a week of messaging.

  • You can leave at any point, for any reason

Consent given yesterday, or an hour ago, is not consent now. Leaving is always allowed.

Reporting someone on CollabPls

If a creator here behaved badly, report them — it's reviewed and it protects the people who come after you. For anything criminal, contact the police first; a report to us is not a substitute for one.
